My mother bought merchandise that was on sale for my sister on her store card due to her working and not being able to physically go in store. When they went to change the merchandise from my mothers account to my sisters account it was marked down further and they did not want to give it at the further marked down price. The intention was not to get it for cheaper when they did the change of account, however I feel that as loyal customers to the company why should they sell it at the previous price if there was a further mark down? I also did not appreciate the way in which the sales person dealt with the matter. When she called the superior the two of them spoke in Xhosa. This to me is very unprofessional.
