Sloppy Attitude

I visited Dis-Chem yesterday, and asked Mpuni at the till about a promotion that is running. She was unaware of it and spoke to the lady working next to her in a language other than English, she then got up and left without informing me of what was going on. She strolled very relaxing and came strolling back with the product that I was inquiring about. When I asked her about the product, she rolled her eyes and said "that's what they gave me". This is very poor customer service, and a very bad attitude!!
