Pathetic service from a Store Manage

I am so appauled with the level of service the Store Manager gave a lady customer. A pair of boys chino's was hanging on the sale rail with other chino's and was marked normal price, the same items just two sizes bigger and one size smaller was marked the sale price. The lady asked the sales assistance (polite girl) why the price difference and the sales assistance said, that the chino is on sale they just never changed the price of the particular one. The Horror came when this lady went to the till and was charged normal price. She asked for the manager, I am still shocked on the managers response, she had no respect for the other customers in the store. The manager told the lady, this is the price, I have no control over the store we are short staffed and the lady must just pay the full price. She actually shouted at the lady and said " I am not giving you a discount and you can take this to our head office I will give you the number" This manager definitely does not fit the profile of a store manager. Thank you for the Poor Service Foschini Vangate Mall. I am so disgusted I can just imagine how that lady felt.
