Bedroom suite nightmare!

Hello Peter, I bought a bed room suite from Russels. The order took too long to come to me firstly because the shop was out of stock. Secondly, the relevant sales consultant, Kgomotso decided upon herself that she is going to sell me a product that was used for display purposes without even consulting me. It took along time for the order to be delivered and the reason was that because of the poor weather. Kgomotso failed to explain lot of things to me as the customer and couldn't care less if I cancelled the order because there was nothing she could do. This issue was handled by the store Manager Des'ree and she did her best to make sure that the goods were delivered to me. When the goods were delivered to me, the goods showed that they were indeed used for display, the drawers were not properly aligned and this is not a brand new product. The screws were even missing and the goods were not in a pleasing condition. Its unfair for me to be expected to pay a full installment for something that is not brand new and which was just given to me secure a sale. I took pictures of the goods and the delivery men are my witnesses as they got blamed for the missing components by Kgomotso.
