Rateswatch breach of contract and not responding

This company assists with valuation roll of property in this case property in Ekurhuleni. They charge R684 for screening to determine the market value. The municipal valuations are available online and I could see our property and the neighbour are valued the same since both are on 601sqm. However we have single level and neighbour have double story so there must be a difference.

Since I went through this process previously, before I accepted and paid this, I asked specifically whether they look at other items and was informed "We look at sales as well as what your house consist of to determine. Then only do we look at the valuation roll entry."

I was then promptly informed that the property value is correct, this is in contrast to estate agent valuation and insurance valuation. I queried this and asked for the analysis and supporting documents on a number of occasions but I am just ignored.

I would not recommend this company, Kokkie Herman is a director and it appears he is quick to collect money but they do not hold up their part of the arrangement.
