Worst Customer Experience of My Life

I`ve always seen other people being at the receiving end of the `I`m doing you a favour` customer service attitude of Dischem personnel, and I was at the receiving end of that as well today.

It is sad when a teller can speak to a paying customer anyway she feels like, and when a complaint is escalated to a superior officer, to find that such superior officer is -bent on having the last word, in essence condoning the very bad attitude displayed by their staff. It didn`t help much when I escalated the complaint even further to store management, as the Dispensary Manager continued ensuring me she is in charge of dispensary, and the Front Store Manager, someone called Werner, also made sure as a customer I had no joy or satisfaction.

Needless to say, I left that place a very irritated customer, and if it wasn`t for the fact that I badly needed the medicine, I would have left it right there. One thing for sure, I`m never buying from a Dischem outlet ever again, and will encourage every one of my friends and family.

We understand there are boundaries that flanks common decency, but no service provider have the right to take a paying customer for granted, and we do have a choice.
