I get to the store to pay for my account, while am paying I also take some items to purchase. After paying the account and waiting to pay for other items she starts helping the customer behind me. That was so disrespectful and bad customer service. When i ask her why did she do that she says the back customer was waiting too long with attitude, BUT fact is i was there before him. I immediately call for the manager Thanyani to complaint but he also doesn't help or discipline he showed leak or leadership and management skills. I didn't expect that kind of bad service from spitz including the manager of that particular store. Is this how sptiz train there staff and managers? This kind of service is unacceptable
