Bad Attitude Manage

People will never believe the bad attitude the new manager from Nike factory shop, Springfield Park has, not good for business at all, I used to be an old customer of that particular shop, the previous managers know me very well, sadly he passed away, I belived that he did a fine job and had the correct attitude and customer service. every year for the past 5 years I take my family and support that outlet, with buying over 12 pairs of shoes. just last week I pitched up at the store and requested to speak to the new manager, to ask him if I could receive a discount if I bought for a substantial amount.

the new manager named "Shaun" has no customer approach at all, he starting literually shouting at me in front of many consumers, telling me that I am wasting his time, cause I made him leave his office. and continued to walk away before I finished speaking. while I am still in the store, his own staff complained to me about his attitude.

I want senior mangemnt aware of this cause he could be really bad for business, guys trust me I am no screamer, but this guy is bad for business.
