QUERY NOT RESOLVED PROMPTLY

Despite having sent reminder e-mails to Coen on:
20, 23, 26 and 28 August, 2013 I am still waiting for feedback regarding the reversal of an Easypay receipt by the branch for a payment to the City of Johannesburg.
This is urgently required to resolve a legal matter.
It is also not acceptable for the recipient of my e-mail messages to merely ignore them.
