Hot Online Fashion does not refund!!

I ordered an item from Hot Online Fashion on 31/07/2013 #2438. The item was delivered in time but I returned it as the quality of fabric was very bad.
As per their refund policy they are supposed to refund my money and Discovery Miles.
Megan confirmed on 12/08/2013 that they refund would take place - BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND.
I have sent 4 mails inquiring when they would refund my purchase price but there is no answer.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE is my advise!
