Pathetic and don't care attitude by staff

Yesterday I went with my son to buy gift for a friend. What a service, my son even commented that they are taught at school not to eat chewing gum. The cashier heard him and said she has to eat it. Okay? Then we were helped by a very nice lady to chose the gifts. Oh my... then we went to pay. The cashier struggled, and we were told they have called someone to come help as she does not have a code for jewellery.

The person took some time and came. Throughout this no apology, no information was given to us. We waited. Then I asked what type of service is this and was told we must wait as the computer switched itself off. No apology until we left. They kept on talking amongst themselves 3 staff members.
