Incorrect price on website / still no refund

After searching online for the cheapest price I could find on the "boss ml2 metal core" guitar pedal I find this great online store which seems 100% legit. I make the purchase and a few days later they tell me the item was incorrectly listed and now costs R300 more. The original cost was R 1, 149.00, R50 cheaper than the next cheapest price I could find somewhere else, but now would be R 1, 449.00. Naturally I was unhappy with this price and they offered me a refund, a refund I am now still waiting for as I write this (09 October 2013) almost a month later. I have phoned them and phoned them and phoned them, I have been patient, polite and tolerant, they continuously reassure me that the payment has been returned.
