HORRIFIC SERVICE!!!

I arrived at camerland this afternoon after having spoken to Craig telephonically about a price on a Canon 700D Bundle package for which he quoted me R8400. Once at the store in Sandton, when it was time to pay, I noticed on the invoice he was filling out the total as being R9000. So I asked him what the price is, and he once again told me that the bundle is R8400. I then gave him R3500 cash, and then had him swipe the remaining balance on my credit card. But when I did the math the total that I was charged came to R9000. When I asked him about this he said to me that he had previously explained I would get the package for R8400 only if I took a filter (worth R600) with the bundle making it R9000! But he repeatedly otold me its R8400! I calmly told him that I didn't hear that bit on the phone and wouldnt have wasted a trip from Midrand to Sandton for that sort of deal. He immediately cancelled the invoice and proceeded to refunding my credit card! What! Virtually throwing me out of your store! Over a filter! Is Craig serious?!! Camerland should be ashamed to have such characters working there! How embarrassing! This is customer abuse at its best! No more camerland for me, EVER!
