Account for 30 yrs - disrespectful

My account number is: 6277 43 001 10210 32243, which account I have had with Foschini for at least 30 yrs. I received an sms last week informing me that I am in arrears in the amount of R199. I also received an e-mail this morning in respect of the same reminder. I am fully aware of this, however, in the 30 yrs I have NEVER EVER skipped a payment, I always pay on time and we are not talking about an amount of thousands of rands. I have no intention of leaving the country either. I take exception to the fact that I am being constantly reminded - I am a woman of 52 years and am not a child. Kindly desist from harassing me like this as I will be paying the amount due on 1 September 2013. If this is a problem, I have no hesitation in closing this account. What about all the and criminals out there, this country is in a bad state of affairs and honest people are being treated like criminals instead. I find this totally unacceptable.
