BILLING AND BAD ATTITUDE

I'm so angry its beyond a joke. I phoned the most unhelpful agent today. I owe Foschini an amount of R64.62 and i get an sms saying my account is in arrears by R32. Really, you have people owing much more than that. I told her i will pay the R64.62 and close my account as this is unacceptable she just agrees and asks when i will pay the amount. If you have become complacent and employ people who don't fight to keep customers then she's right "that's fine" i will close this account as soon as I've paid the R64.62 you obviously don't need the business. I've had this account for years but that doesn't matter.
