Disappointed/ Disgusted!!!

I brought in my cellphone for repairs as it is still under guarantee - I was told by Candice that works @ Russells Phoenix that it will be sorted out. After waiting for 2 Weeks it was given back to me - WITH THE SCREEN CRACKED!!! i returned it to the store & was told again by Candice that she doesn't know how that happened! but she will sort it out. Today i called the store only to hear it is still not sorted out.
The Gentleman that took my call said it will take 1 Day for him to get info about my phone - 1 Day. Today is more than a month & still no joy. Plus you have to call them - they don't even call you.!!!
