Very bad attitude, and no humanity

On Monday 4th March I received an sms from Foschini customer care, the sms is as follows. Alert your Foschini account is about to go into arrears, please pay the amount today. I normally pay my account between the 1st and the 7th, and I also pay more than the arrears amout. This month it was out of my control. I was admitted to hospital on the 4th, and is still in hospital. I tried to register Foschini to do an internet payment, with no sucess. I phoned customer care, to inform them that I only can pay on the 9th this month. The lady was very rude and asked me when did I received my salary, and she could see on the system that I bought an item at Foschini at the 28 feb, so why did'nt I pay then. I bought the item at the Foschini in the CBD in Bloemfontein, and did not carrie all my cards with me. If I would have known that I will be sick and in hospital, I definitely would have made the payment. She said to me, that she will make a note, but she promised me, that If I don't payon the 9th, my account will be hand over, and she will mark me as a slow payer. Foshini don't have any humanity, not even for good clients. You don't need that attitude if you are sick, and never paid lat
