DO NOT buy from Topcakes Randburg

I saw an online discount deal with topcakes so I contacted TopCakes first to see if they could accommodate my requirements, before I purchased the voucher, otherwise there would be no point in doing so.
After several e-mails back and forth with them, and after making certain they could do exactly what I wanted, we negotiated that I would buy the voucher, and pay an extra R60 for what I wanted. They then requested that I make payment into their account. This seemed strange to me, as I'd stated that I was enquiring due to the online deal. Anyway, they confirmed the order and then I said that I would buy the voucher and pay the extra on collection. I bought the voucher, then e-mailed them a query about my order. They then asked me to send to them the voucher I bought and thereafter proceeded to renege on our agreement!! They stated that I never confirmed and they have since taken on other orders and so will not be able to do what I wanted, but if I wanted simple cupcakes, they can do that. Which defeats the entire purpose of my initially querying with them in the first place!! As soon as they got confirmation that I bought the voucher and they got their money, they cancelled the deal
