Terrible Service

I purchased a voucher for a hair salon on Wednesday 2 October between 16:00-17:00. I wanted to use this voucher today 5 October. After calling for over 2 FULL days, there is no answer at the office at all, to try find out where my voucher is as i urgently need it. Gugu responded only once a day to my emails- too slow response. saying on the site she cant see i purchased anything so they wont be sending me the voucher. I clicked buy deal as instructed, i then took the eft details and made payment as requested using the reference i was instructed to use and i sent this reference to GUGU, and now nothing??? I paid deal click money and they refuse to send me what i paid for. I will never use this service again and have heard many other complaints. DONT USE THEM- YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED
