Pick 'n Pay
Can't change ciggarettes when cashier was wrong!!

I went to pick 'n pay in woodlands shopping center to purchase a few items, at the cigarrette counteer I asked the cashier for a box of Peter Styvesen BOOST an without seeing she put a box of Peter Styvesen BLUE in my packet. After paying an checking my packet while still in the store I saw her mistake an asked her to exchange it for the same brand just different colour and she refused saying that she was not allowed to.. I spoke to 2 different managers and they would not give me the cigarretts I asked for and they were actually very rude with me.. In the end I walked out with the incorrect cigarrettes and will never ever in my life return to that pick 'n pay and I will be making sure that this gets taken further because they have incompetent staff who do not understand the difference between BOOST and BLUE
