Disgusting service: Out of the blue woodlands mall

I bought a scarf from out of the blue in Woodlands mall for R180. I asked the sales lady if I was unhappy with my purchase if I could come and exchange the scarf for my money back. The next day I went to the shop and I wanted to exchange the scarf but the same sales lady simply refused and said that their return policy didn't allow a money back guarantee but simply and exchange of something else in the store!! I was extremely disgusted at the miscommunication and to make matter works a week later I found the same scarves for R20 at china town. Absolutely disgusting that their mark-up is so outrageous!! I will NEVER shop their again and I will advise anyone who even thinks of shopping there not to because you will definitely buy a product that is overcharged and under value!!
