Problem resolved but

After complaining on hello peter, Ackerman contacted me and promised to investigate. Surely they did as promised and within two weeks they told me I was not liable for the account. I then checked with the credit bureau and the offending account was removed. I am happy but why did they not investigate it the first time I complained to them directly? It had to take a complaint via hello peter to sort out something they should have sorted out a long time ago. One wonders what happens to those individuals who do not know about hello peter. Do we have to go through all this pain to live a clean life. I was hoping Ackerman would to cede to my request for the documents used to open the account so that criminals are brought to book but they remained silent on this. Is this an admission that their system is porous? thanks to Hello peter.
