When i got there it was an hour before the store closed. the cashiers along with the manager were all complaining about how these irritating clients should go home, go to a party somewhere because they want to leave. im waiting to be attended so i was asked by this girl to come through her till. i get there no greeting noting i greeted her for about 5 times still no response as shes talking to her friends. she scans my stuff scans stuff i hadnt even taken i tell her that they are not mine. oh my goodness the response i got was you didnt tell me and yet i had told her as she was picking them up to scan the items, i must say i was revolted appalled by that behavior and when i spoke to the manager who was dressed in casual no uniform no mr price t-shirt he just didnt show to any interest in my complaint. another problem is their land line is never answered i had to phone the store in cresta which they confirmed they have a problem too. if nothing is done about this i will make a petition and spread the word about how ill treated customers are at mr price in sandton city
