Truworths deny price on display

Hi there, me and my wife Hanifa Frieslaar went to Truworths on the 1 may to purchase goods then my wife sees a shoe on sale on the floor and fits it on, we then discover its a size 7 and the box shows size 8, as we come to cashier ready to scan without checking i tell her that the box shows a different size then to discover that its the wrong shoe in box, as CPA states the price you see is the price you pay. The price on bix showed R190 and the shoe scans R240 and they tell my wife she has to pay R240 which is wrong and we asked for manager, the manager wasnt even instore she was out and nobody could help us, then we told them that when the manager comes back from whereever call us because we will still be in mall. A hour passes and no phone call, we then decided to go back to store and approach manager to our surprise the manager was back and didnt have the decency to phone us. And she tells us she cannot give it at that price and says we can take it further, so i had to oay R240 and that is wrong since i have this truworths account for so long and that just made me wanna close then account. I still want that shoe for R190 and i want somebody higher to contact me
