Pick 'n Pay
Poor service

I was recently at their outlet in Soweto and in the bottle store they had only one checkout open, the queue was so long that customers were abandoning their goods before they even got to the checkout, nobody seemed to care as there ere more that three employees standing at one checkout chatting. I am very disappointed at the service. If this is the service we get for spending our hard earned money at Pick n Pay, then I don't see myself or any member of my family going back there any time soon.
