My first order in July 2013 was a Monroe luggage set but I received a Naomi luggage set. Upon returning the order, I requested a replacement of the correct product. After about 8 days, I followed up and the consultants did not even want to check it but told me that its too early. I followed up again the following day and told that the returned order has been received but no new one has been placed. Two days later, I received an sms that I do not qualify. Upon enquiry again, I was told that 2 orders of tha same thing have been placed and the consultant promied to cancel 1. Today I received a cooking set invoiced in someone else's name. The lady I got whn phonic the call centre was rude and her name is Sinethemba. She was not apologetic and firstly refused even to give me a reference number for my call. She also told me that I must returned the order via Post Office becaus eit will take very long for Homechoice to correct.

Onlie, my luggage order has been placed about 4 times including the order I placed myself. Someone is really playing with the system and I cannot continue spending my resouces on follow ups again.

Very very unhappy customer!!!
