It's time to change your supermarket

I am not going to let Checkers waste my time even more so I will keep this short. Long weekend Friday, you see it fit to only have 3 checkouts open at 6pm!! So many Customers queuing up, that you can't move. There was a reserved checkout open just for the Checkers employees so they could not care less, chatting up a storm while the customers wait! I walked straight to the managers office and told them to do something about it. I was informed that the other checkouts was offline! Why then have a checkout for your staff while your customers are waiting!!! A few minutes later after my complaint a few more checkouts opened! (suddenly back online?? Liars!) I am your client, not your manager Checkers, surely you give your managers some kind of training regarding resource management? We wanted to spend the weekend with our dad's, not waiting for you. (I've got pictures of it all if head office wants them.)

And by the way your "gourmet" sosaties tasted more like chappies on a stick. Medium to rare and still chewy!
