New World - Camera purchase

Dear Hello Peter On Sat 10th I went to Menlyn mall for a little bit of shopping on my way in I see all the stores in Menlyn got sales so I got exited. Bought a few stuff on the way out New World in Menlyn also have a table on the out side of the store selling camera's and so on. Stop to have a look and took a Camera that is mark down. I took the sealed box to pay I ask the guy to check if everything is there and he opened the sealed box behind the counter and told me yes lady everything is in there and hold out his hand for payment before i do the payment ask him about warranty he said no warranty but if the camera doesnt work i can bring it back for exc. On Sun open the box to charge the batt and its not in the box BIG YELLOW tag says re-charge batt Inc. My husband phone the store a sales lady ans and the manager shouts in the back ground what must she say so we ask to speak to the manager and he got a attitude and says the price of the camera doesnt incl the battery and started giving us a mouth full, so he phone back and said we can come collect so we told them not on Sun but keep it. Today they sold it. i just want my battery and they still make out if were the
