New World saleswoman called me a stupid b... ch

Today at 13:30 i went to New World, Menlyn to buy a TV, 2 ipods and a camera. I wanted to buy a camera that was the same make and model as a camera i had bought from that same outlet a week before. I looked for the same saleswoman that had sold me the camera in my previous visit. She was sitting by a table behind the counter doing something on a computer. I asked her if she could help me. With a derogatory expression she replied that she could not help me because she could not speak. A friendly saleswoman came to help me and I told her that I did not know the make or model of the camera and asked her if she could ask the other saleswoman to give her the details of the camera. Immediately the first saleswoman shouted : ''Can't you see that i cannot speak you stupid b... ch''. The friendly saleswoman was so shocked that she immediately apologised. The manager came but ignored the situation. I immediately left with my family, without buying anything. We went to Sony store, Menlyn where the salesmen were superbly friendly and polite, and happily spent R6000. From now on my friends, family and I will never shop there again due to their horrendous service.
