Charge for an item i did not buy

Yesterday morning I went to the Edgars sale shop and I took a few items (total of 18) and went to pay, Cynthia assisted me, I was rushing to class so I left without checking the slip. when I finally got the time to check my slip, I noticed that I was charged for a Black Coated Snake (barcode: 64337162) an amount of R 129.95 LESS 50% R64.98. I got home and I checked if I have this item in the plastic bag, I had a total of 18 items and yet I was charged for 19 items. Then I remembered that the cashiers were talking to each other and Cynthia mentioned to the other girl that she put away a black bag with ties inside, for about 2 minutes she literally stopped scanning the items I bought and started looking for the bag...(is this possible that she charged the bag to my account, if so, I will like to know why?). Why are the cashiers charging the items that wish to buy on the client's accounts? I honestly think the managers need to look at the standard of customer service in that sales shop? I will like the amount of R 64.98 to be refunded to my account... it might not look like a lot, but I was charged to my account unlawfully...
