Wow, what a horrible email I received

13th August I get an email from Mohamed telling me I am in arrears and if he could assist me in making a payment plan, etc. I am aware and have spoken to the call centre a few times regarding this who advised me to go see the Manager of the store where I opened my account to make a payment arrangement. I did this and the manager told me there is nothing they can do it must be done through the customer care. Anyway, after receiving Mohamed's email, I reply and asked him please to help me setting up the payment arrangement, etc. Never got a response. Today I get another email from him telling me, and I quote:
Even after repeated reminders, we have still not been paid the total arrear amount due for the past 3 consecutive months on your Mr. Price Home account.

"Due to your incapability of payment and unacceptable behavior with our company, we now require payment to be made IMMEDIATELY or you leave us with no option but to proceed with further Debt Collection Action."

Really! Unacceptable behaviour? Its not like I'm not paying for fun, I'm having a serious financial crisis at the moment and I reach out for help and this is what they see fit to tell me. Wow, astounded!
