Shop Soiled gas stove, nicely wrapped up

I bought a Gas Stove from Metro Centurion. It was brought from the store to the front door. When I asked the security how do I know that it has not been damaged (as it was still in its packaging) he told me it was not damaged he can see.

Well, once I unwrapped it at home I found it full of dents. I phoned the store and they said it was not their problem as I collected it personally.

What poor service. PLEASE don't buy from these unethical people. They only want your money and they have no customer service
