Cannot contact to resolve query

I received an sms for a FINAL demand (which is odd as I have had NO prior notification on this issue) on a Discovery account apparently owing. There is NO reference on the sms, and I've tried calling them multiple times to query and/or pay this - but cannot get through. I've been on hold for up to 30 minutes at a time, but the call cuts out every time without getting through to someone.

Can someone from this vulture of a firm kindly contact me urgently so I can find out what the is going on and to resolve it.
