Checkers & Checkers Hypers
Very rude and unprofessional frontline supervisor!

Our family have been loyal customers of your Checkers Hyper, Blue Route Mall branch, we spend up to R5000 a month in it and enjoy shopping their but today we were very rude and unprofessionally handled by a female front-line supervisor when my father went to pay for his weekly shopping with his debit card the machine kept declining my father told the lady at the till that this keeps happening when he uses his card at your stores and that you should look in to this as it is embarrassing the front-line supervisor stepped in when he then went to pay for the almost R2000 shopping in cash and he politely told her that they should look into this problem as it is embarrassing she the became rude and told him that him that it was not her problem and that if he was declined he has reached his limit or does not have money left, when he showed her that it was not his bank's problem but yours she said that your stores have a limit on the amount you can pay for with a card at your tills which I have never heard off, she also told him that he should check that he has money before coming to your store. Is this how you tell your staff to deal with customers?! I am very disappointed in you Checkers
