Over a month to resolve a email query!

I submitted an online query to discovery insure for which I received a reference number. The response recieved was not correct and I recent it. The next response was also incorrect and when i sent it back to them I never recieved a response until i followed up 1 Month later. The response I got after a month was still incorrect so I had to resort to calling the call centre. The one person dropped me on a line that doesnt work and when I called again I got through and explained the problem and was put on hold until I eventually dropped the call 10 min later as they probably forgot about me (no music playing just a silent line holding and wondering if you have been forgotten about). Please get a manager to contact me as this kind of service is simply not acceptable from a company like Discovey!
