Rude and Unhelpful Managers

3 Wks ago my mum purchased an iron from the Shoprite Checkers Brakpan Branch. when swtiching it on she found that it wasnt working. Yesterday I took her back to the store for an exchange. Unfortunately my mum who is 70 yrs old, didnt keep the cash sales slip. She was not given a separate slip for the iron, it was added onto the other groceries she had bought. I was told that security stamps every article bought but unfortunately for my mum they didnt stamp the box she bought. The managers Julia Madalane and Dewald Benadie were extremely rude and unhelpful implying that my mum had bought the iron at an other store and was trying to fob it off this branch!!
They were loud and embarassing!
Now my mum is sitting with an iron thats not working!!

Surely NOT going to be shopping at this store no more!!!

Disgusted!!!
