She had such bad attitude

I was very disappointed with the service of Mpho Moremi, she could see that we were standing in the que/line but could not shout to say next please instead she just sat there and looked at us like were mad, we did not know maybe her machine was not working or anything was wrong. i finally decided to go to her till once there she did not even greet and when handling my card she was giving me the card looking the other side like i did not exist. I purchased an Iron she did not open to see if all was in order or even if there is a guarantee on the iron. There was no stamp and the Iron when i got home had water in it. she did not check if what i had was in order. i am so disappointed as i hav never expressed such attitude.

i need to take my Iron back. i hope i will not experience such attitude because i shop there all the time but to get such treatment is unacceptable.

i bought this 2013 September 17.
