I just came back from Jet Mart to return the Phillips iron I bought last year October. I must say the staff there has bad attitude from security at the door to the manager. They refused to take the iron because I don't have the box when I bought the iron I was told to keep the slip which I did the cashier Nokulunga wrote the date on the slip and some number which I think is a barcode. I asked for the manager explained to him I wasn't told to keep the slip he said' ya we are telling you now you must keep the box next time there is nothing we can do' . They kept telling the iron is old while it has a two year guarantee. What is the company's policy for electronic appliances because nothing is said at the back of the slip in this regard. Everything they said would have been much if it was said politely!
