Appalling services and Refund yet to be paid

Apart from the services that is based on and empty promises I have been struggling to get a refund payment paid, this has been dragging on for 2 months, endless calls from my side to follow up and empty promises of feedback that I never receive. Phoned them yesterday again after a week, and guess what ... "Mam the manager will phone you in an hour" it's now a day later again!!
