Refund

I purchased a sofa from Rochester and the gentlemen at the stoneridge branch were exceptional. As the transport was very expensive i collected it myself and delivered it home.

Rochester were supposed to refund 415 rands as i collected the sofa. They have not done so for the last two months and have never communicated what the status of the refund is. I spoke to Tracy and Ashwin who said they will pass on the message to the responsible person Darian who has never got back to me despite several calls. The refund is now two months old.

Just this morning am from calling to speak to the finance manager who was also in a meeting. We'll see whether he will get back to me or follow the trend i have observed at the retailer!
