Empty promises one after the othe

I have been struggling for nearly 4 months to obtain a refund from Indwe Commercial. The one empty promise of resolution after the other. I finally sent an email to my consultant on Thursday last week asking for the directors contact details but was contacted by a branch manager on Friday who promised me (this was the third person and the ninth empty promise) that "the refund will be completed and I will be updated before close of business today". Mutual and Federal refunded their portion weeks ago and Indwe was supposed to do the same. I have personally seen the M&F proof of payment, requested by Indwe from M&F to us as this was 2 weeks ago supposedly the only outstanding issue for Indwe to refund us. Another week later and empty promises one upon the other. I want to speak to the managing director but his/her details seem to be a state secret. This is the worst service I have ever received from Indwe - a company which is generally fairly good. Maybe Indwe is just not geared for commercial business and I dread the day we have to claim as if they can't resolve simple thing such as a refund (with all supporting docs) in 4 months, how on earth is my business insured?
