What Pathetic service

I have had my engagement ring now, just on 7 months - that's still very new! One of the little claws on my ring broke so I took the ring in to Galaxy and Co at Cresta Centre. Well... all was fine and they sent it in to get fixed. I get a call a week later to advise me I can collect my ring. Next thing I get another phone call saying - No your ring is actually not fixed and that it will have to go to Cape Town to get fixed and this will take up to 8 weeks!!! I proceeded to call head office on Thurs (8th Aug) and they said they will sort it out... I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE. I was promised a response yesterday but that did not happen.
I will NEVER buy from them again and I WILL tell EVERYONE I know not to buy from them too!!! There quality is useless - there service is useless!!!
