Service and ring quality

I'm very disappointed with the quality of the goods and the service received from Galaxy Centurion. My wedding ring was bought 6 years ago. (2 gold and a set of 3 white gold bands) After a year the diamond fell off. Rhodium plating was done. Another year passed and it fell off again - Rhodium plating done. Every time they took my ring for a few weeks. On 22/10/2013 the diamond fell off. I asked for the same service as past years. Following day I got a call and was told I have to pay for the rhodium (never had before) On 06/11/2013 I received a call the ring is back but the claws needs to be replaced. I told the lady I don't understand I will come to the store. When I got to the store I hardly recognized my ring! The crown was very low and claws where filed down. Couldn't even see how many diamonds were on it! The whole ring is thinner, the bands size are small, the centre band even smaller. They told me my ring was worn out. The lady told me when the ring is polished it gets thinner, I can have it rebuilt at a price. She said people usually buy new rings after 5 or 10 years! I don't agree - a ring is suppose to last a lifetime not few years. The jeweller said the ring is very old
