Poor service delivery

About 3 months ago I requested a TV series DVD to be delivered to the CNA closest to me- Mooirivier Mall Potchefstroom. The email query was not answered.
I then tried again in mid July and final received a email stating that the supplier was out of stock. I then requested progress on the order on two different days and still no reply.
I do understand if the supplier does not have stock, but on the website it indicates that the product is only available in store. I requested that they sorce the product from another CNA that does have stock available and I am still waiting for the reply.
