Very Bad Services!

We Sent in a engagement ring for one diamond to be lifted on the 12 January 2013, we received a call in February 2013 to collect the ring. the ring was not the same - messed it up and we refused to take it. head office was contacted in the meantime and they then wanted us to pay R155 to get it fixed. we said no to this as the ring was completely wrong (the faulty diamond was never attended the gold was taken away on the one side between the diamonds the other side the gold was UN neatly done between the diamonds, the ring itself was thicker on the one side then the other. they told us that they have the best jeweller in the western cape) we then tried contacting head office but they refused to get back to us. we are still waiting..
