Tiles that needs to be replaced!

8 Months ago I bought new tiles for my bathroom. Novamoda decorative ceramics, warhol black and white mosiac. Code emm0107. In a weeks time the colour begun to fade. I went to builders, they said I must put a sealer over the tile? Why must I treat a tile? The colour is still fading. I want to replace the tiles, because it was a bad product. Builders in Kempton Park was so rude. He took the tiles in stock and broke it with his hands. Why can you break a tile like that? I asked the person: "You see... Break other tiles for me? " His response... No, I can't it is stronger. So beware of the product.
