EDGARS - ABSURD!!!

Edgars called me to state that someone bought on my account and asked if it was me, as the account was maxed as well as a few thousand over the limit. This was done (apparently) in Cresta (Johannesburg). We don't even go to JHB for ANYTHING. We said no, and they sent us forms to dispute the whole incident and we did right away!!! We spoke to Mzwandile Mathe telephonically and by email, but ever since that first correspondence we have heard nothing. Despite the fact that we have sent multiple emails to request feedback, but haven't heard a word, not even an email to say: "Go to " or nothing... I have warned this individual that I am posting a hellopeter complaint if he doesn't respond, but still NOTHING!! If this complaint is not solved by midday tomorrow, we will take the legal steps to rectify this issue. The incompetence of these individuals is astonishing. Be sure to watch the news papers.
