Online deliveries not correct response times

I ordered a jacket on sunday the 11, I called today the 12th to find out if i will be receiving my package on tuesday the 13th i was told that i would probably only receive it monday because as soon as my payment is confirmed they will ship it and that takes 2-3 workings days i need this before friday the 16th your website says two working days after you receive payment my payment was received today it was Absa to Absa and that will reflect immediately i do not have time to hear about third party accountants i need my jacket thursday or else i need a full refund now, I wont be in this area after thursday and i need this by friday please make arrangements to sort out your lack of delivery. This was my first time ordering and my last time i have never received such pavetic service from any other online store including kalahari or amazon. My order number is 200978889
