EXTREMLY PATHETIC SERVICE

I had entered into Mr Price Alberton to simply open a clothing account on the 3.08.2013 i was very kindly helped by the teller but noting on the application was explained to me as a result i had then filled in all the details and hoped for the best as a result i had received twice SMS messages to say i need to supply my payslip i had then sent it to the number they gave me on the SMS as a result that wasnt working after trying 4 times i then called the call center and got thru to a rude individual! i had then gotten another fax number i tried sending it 3 times again and i still didnt get any confirmation then i had then gone back to the store saturday 10.08.2013 and yet againg i physically took my hard copy to them the lady at the till told me that she cant supply these details as she is leaving at 3 o clock and to make matters worse thier fax machine wasnt working as a result this got left into someone elses hands this matter has still not been delt with this is digusting service
