On the 10th of January, I registered on Zando, to buy jacket which cost R749 and made payment via EFT from my FNB Cheque account. 10 min later I contacted Zando and cancelled the order, later that day I contacted Zando again and spoke to Masi who confirmed that my order (200868352) was indeed cancelled and that the amount of R749 was reversed and withing 3 working days i should see the funds reflecting in my bank account. I contacted Zando today again and was advised by Rahisha that no cancellation was done and that the order was only cancelled today. Later the same day I called back and spoke with Zane who then advised me that the order was cancelled on 10 January and refund processed @ 12:01 and that I should contact my bank for more information. My bank confirmed that no payment was received whatsoever. I'm running around trying to find out what happened to my money while at the same time I'm dealing with the incompetent staff of Zando who will tell their customers anything just to get then off the phone. I am utterly disgusted with the service received from Zando. What appeared to have been an effortless process has now become a nightmare.
